Responsibilities
Dans le cadre du poste de representant au service a la clientale, vous aurez a effectuer les taches suivantes:

- Prise d'appels et gestion des courriels
- Traiter les demandes de location
- Effectuer les contrats de locations selon les procedures de l'entreprise
- Gestion de la facturation
- Effectuer du service apras-vente aupras de la clientale
- Toutes autres taches connexes

Qualifications
Pour postuler sur ce poste, vous devez avoir les qualifications suivantes:

- Avoir un anglais de niveau intermediaire-avance pour bien servir la clientale anglophone
- Avoir de l'aisance avec la suite Office et l'informatique en general
- Avoir 1 a 2 annees d'experience dans un domaine similaire
- aStre une personne dynamique, organisee, versatile et qui possade une bonne gestion du stress
