Votre expertise en mati\xc3\xa8re de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et d\xe2\x80\x99enqu\xc3\xaate contribue \xc3\xa0 am\xc3\xa9liorer nos r\xc3\xa9sultats financiers, \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9duire nos pertes et \xc3\xa0 augmenter notre rentabilit\xc3\xa9.

Dissuader, d\xc3\xa9tecter et arr\xc3\xaater les voleurs et les fraudeurs dans nos emplacements de commerce de d\xc3\xa9tail.

Enqu\xc3\xaater avec d\xe2\x80\x99autres RPA sur des dossiers li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 des r\xc3\xa9seaux de vol \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9talage \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9chelle provinciale ou nationale, au besoin.

Collaborer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement avec le service de police local.

D\xc3\xa9tecter et effectuer les enqu\xc3\xaates internes; compiler et pr\xc3\xa9senter les preuves en cour ou dans le cadre d\xe2\x80\x99un arbitrage.

D\xc3\xa9tecter et d\xc3\xa9terminer les occasions potentielles d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration de la gestion des pertes \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9rieur de notre conformit\xc3\xa9 op\xc3\xa9rationnelle de base.

B\xc3\xa2tir et maintenir des partenariats en magasin \xc3\xa0 partir de r\xc3\xa9unions et de rencontres quotidiennes; entra\xc3\xaener et accompagner les coll\xc3\xa8gues par rapport aux politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures de protection des actifs.

Participer \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9alisation de v\xc3\xa9rifications au niveau des magasins.

Participer \xc3\xa0 des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements communautaires.

Disponibilit\xc3\xa9 pour travailler \xc3\xa0 diff\xc3\xa9rents quarts de travail le jour, en soir\xc3\xa9e, la nuit et les fins de semaine (40 heures de travail par semaine).

Comp\xc3\xa9tences, qualifications et exp\xc3\xa9rience requises :

Permis provincial d\xe2\x80\x99agent de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 valide

Compr\xc3\xa9hension de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la loi sur l\xe2\x80\x99entr\xc3\xa9e sans autorisation, du pouvoir d\xe2\x80\x99arrestation et des syst\xc3\xa8mes de surveillance ou de vid\xc3\xa9osurveillance, et connaissance pratique des applications Windows de base (Word, PowerPoint et Outlook).
