Akelius recherche un repr\xc3\xa9sentant du centre de service \xc3\xa0 temps-partiel pour rejoindre l\'\xc3\xa9quipe du centre de service nord-am\xc3\xa9ricaine.

Le repr\xc3\xa9sentant du centre de services est le premier point de contact de nos r\xc3\xa9sidents, de nos locataires potentiels, du personnel de gestion des propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s et des \xc3\xa9quipes de location. De plus, notre \xc3\xa9quipe est responsable de la coordination de nombreux projets.

Le repr\xc3\xa9sentant du centre de service maintient un haut degr\xc3\xa9 de concentration dans la gestion de multiples situations qui sont ax\xc3\xa9es sur les personnes. Il assume la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 d\'\xc3\xaatre le meilleur des meilleurs tout en offrant un service exceptionnel aux r\xc3\xa9sidents dans un environnement au rythme rapide.

Nous recherchons des repr\xc3\xa9sentants \xc3\xa0 temps-partiel qui sont flexibles avec les horaires. Les candidats doivent \xc3\xaatre disponibles du lundi au vendredi de 17h00 \xc3\xa0 21h00 et les samedis et dimanches de 9h00 \xc3\xa0 17h00.

  • r\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques et aux courriels des r\xc3\xa9sidents et des locataires de mani\xc3\xa8re courtoise et opportune, et assurer une satisfaction sup\xc3\xa9rieure de la client\xc3\xa8le
  • cr\xc3\xa9er, saisir des donn\xc3\xa9es et ex\xc3\xa9cuter des ordres de travail pour les r\xc3\xa9sidents avec des informations d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9es
  • envoyer les ordres de travail au personnel sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9
  • assurer la liaison avec les \xc3\xa9quipes de gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re et de location
  • assurer le suivi de l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution des ordres de travail / aider aux rappels de loyers / aux projets d\'immobilisations
  • g\xc3\xa9rer les situations prioritaires de mani\xc3\xa8re professionnelle
  • respecter tous les param\xc3\xa8tres du centre de service de l\'entreprise
  • participer \xc3\xa0 une communication ouverte avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe du centre de service et la direction afin d\'obtenir des am\xc3\xa9liorations, des suggestions et des commentaires.

Akelius is seeking a part-time service center representative to join the North American Service Center team.

The service center representative is the first point of contact for our residents, prospective tenants, property management staff, and leasing teams. In addition, our team is responsible for coordinating many projects.

The successful candidate maintains a high degree of focus in dealing with multiple situations that are people focused.

They take responsibility for being the best of the best while delivering exceptional service to residents in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for part-time representatives that are flexible with scheduling.

Candidates must be available Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • answer resident/tenant telephone calls, e-mails in a courteous and timely manner, and ensure superior customer satisfaction
  • create input data entry for, and execute work orders for residents with detailed information
  • dispatch work orders to trades personnel
  • liaise with property management and leasing teams
  • follow up work order completion / assist with rent reminders/ capital projects
  • manage priority situations in a professional manner
  • adherence to all company service center metrics
  • partake in open communication with the service center team and management for improvements, suggestions, and input
  • other duties as assigned
who you are
  • recently completed or working to complete post-secondary education
  • customer service/ call center \xe2\x80\x93 one to two years minimum
  • customer-centric focused, positive, professional, and friendly
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to speak/write fluently in English and French
  • problem-solving \xe2\x80\x93 ownership of responsibilities, able to anticipate and address issues, solutions-focused and driven
  • a team player \xe2\x80\x93 work as a team with internal and external personnel, forward-thinking, ability to share ideas and suggestions, focus on the big picture, pitch-in attitude
  • calm and collected \xe2\x80\x93 manage different personalities, able to think logically for solutions, remains calm and collected
