Job Description

The Sales District Manager will: Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line to ensure dealer orders to meet market demand; Manage monthly allocation vs. schedules to ensure maximum production capability within the district; Identify top minimum sales responsibility (MSR) loss dealers and identify opportunity areas; Review dealer financial statements in regards to working capital, net worth, total cash and expenses to determine the dealers ability to operate properly and promote retail; Ensure that dealers' advertising is consistent with Dealer Advertising Association (DAA) and corporate message for co-op consideration; and Serve as liaison between dealer and manufacturer to assist dealer in all areas of retail and resolve conflict that may occur within corporate guidelines (i.e. incentives, logistics, restrictions, etc.)
Le chef de territoire, ventes devra : prevoir les objectifs de vente au detail par gamme de vehicules pour assurer que les commandes des concessionnaires respectent la demande du marche; gerer les allocations mensuelles par rapport aux horaires pour assurer une capacite maximale de production au sein du territoire; identifier les concessionnaires ayant une perte de responsabilite de ventes minimales (RVM) et identifier les secteurs de possibilite; revoir les etats financiers du concessionnaire dont le fonds de roulement, la valeur nette, le total des liquidites et des depenses pour determiner si le concessionnaire gare et promeut adequatement les ventes au detail; assurer que la publicite du concessionnaire est coherente avec la Cooperative publicitaire des concessionnaires (CPC) et le message corporatif selon les considerations de la coop; servir de liaison entre le concessionnaire et le fabricant pour aider le concessionnaire dans tous les domaines de la vente au detail et resoudre les conflits qui peuvent survenir a propos des lignes directrices de l'entreprise (p. ex., incitatifs, logistique, restrictions, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (French/English)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Position requires extensive travel with future relocation within Canada
Must meet Canadian immigration requirements
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
Ability to travel throughout Canada/USA
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Qualifications de Base:

Baccalaureat en gestion des affaires, marketing ou domaine connexe

Master's degree
Sales experience, prefer automotive related
