We're looking for a

Reporting and Analytics Specialist, Stores

to help shape data-driven decision making across all TJX Canada locations. In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful operational reporting solutions using advanced business intelligence and data visualization tools. Your insights will empower leaders to forecast trends, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes. What You'll Do:

Partners with business stakeholders, including Global Continuous Improvement and IT partners to identify key data elements and systemic integrations required to create and deliver impactful reporting and dashboards using Excel, Access, Power BI and other tools as necessary Responsible for managing department reporting (annual, monthly, quarterly, weekly, daily); designs, builds, maintains, and publishes reports to meet business needs Researches and identifies opportunities to improve process efficiencies and deliver better business intelligence through reporting, including but not limited to: RPA, Power BI and Power Automate solutions Performs user testing on new reports and reviews reports/applications to evaluate effectiveness and readiness before roll-out to the report end users; delivers end user training and ongoing support for Store reporting processes and modeling tools

About You:

Minimum two (2) years business intelligence reporting / data analyst experience required Post secondary degree in Data Science, Computer Science or Business Management preferred Strong organizational skills including change management, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, and multi-task with limited supervision and under time pressure Excellent analytical skills, creates understandable visual representations to communicate complex concepts and models for various target audiences, simplifying business acumen

Salary Range: $60,082.50-$84,115.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
