You will be responsible for providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports to the business, play a crucial role in capturing and analyzing service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights to the organization and help drive improvements and optimizations based on data-driven insights, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the business.What will you do?Filter and clean data based on analytical review and data health indicators.
Acquire data from various systems within the business to build complete views of our results.
Work with management to explore opportunities to provide data insight and appropriately build new reporting procedures.
Undertake data analytics with a focus on customer retention, with the purpose of delivering the best-in-class customer experience.
Dialer list management and business acumen to determine outbound sales strategies.
Locate and design new reporting process improvement opportunities.
Effective communication skills and prepare all data and associated reports in a clear and concise manner.

Experienced with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
Strong understanding of data management and governance.
Experience in billing systems is an asset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
