Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Replenishment Team Member to join our team in the Dairy/Frozen section.. In this role, you will be responsible for replenishment and maintenance of UPC/Vendor packaged product around the store, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and work efficiently as a team to ensure all orders are worked and product filled to the shelf in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and checkout areas. Stock shelves with products, ensuring items are properly labeled and displayed. Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Unloading and receiving trucks/deliveries Support the use of pallet jacks for moving heavy items when necessary (certification may be required).

Skills

Organizational skills to maintain store cleanliness and product displays. Highly efficient and organized; able to ensure stock is replenished on the floor throughout the shift Detail oriented and focused on organization on backroom and shared areas (including making cardboard bales, organizing and working over-stock) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Willingness to learn new skills related to grocery operations, including forklift operation if applicable.
