Full-Time Seasonal:

May Lead to Part-Time or Full-time Permanent Maintenance - PEI

APHL Inc. is a non-profit organization offering safe, affordable, long-term housing in numerous communities in PEI.

APHL Inc is based in Charlottetown and provides Enterprise Management to non-profit housing, CMHC-managed residential properties, senior housing, housing cooperatives, and condominium corporations.

We have upcoming opportunities available on our team for a Seasonal Full Time Repairs & Maintenance Tech based in Charlottetown, PEI.

The successful person will have a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, have their own tools, has excellent attention to detail, proven experience or skills pertaining to residential repairs, painting, and carpentry, well organized, great with people, experience with smart phone technology, and able to work with a team and also to work alone.

As APHL works with a segment of the population that is classified as vulnerable, we will require that all potential candidates will have to submit a "clean" criminal background check.

Mileage Allowance for use of your vehicle.

Monthly Cell Phone Allowance or a company cell phone will be provided.

Annual Tool & Safety Allowance

Annual Safety Equipment Allowance

- If permanent full-time work is offered.

Full-time hours: 37.5 per week, plus company health & retirement benefits
