Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various fitness equipment and ebikes, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Diagnose electrical as well as mechanical issues and perform repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel within the territory may be required.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair status and needs.
• Communicate well with customers to keep them informed of their repair/service status.
• Estimate and invoice repairs in an accurate and honest fashion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Repair Technician or mechanical background.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to see and tackle a problem independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a repair environment.
• Certification or relevant training in mechanical or electrical repair is preferred but not required.
• Ability to assist in sales an asset but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
