We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position is essential in ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Diagnose issues with equipment and determine the appropriate repair methods. Perform repairs on a variety of devices, ensuring functionality and safety. Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future malfunctions. Document all repairs and maintenance performed, maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in repair techniques. Coordinate shipping and receiving of equipment using courier services such as Purolator, FedEx, and other carriers; knowledge of courier platforms, tracking, and documentation is considered an asset. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Familiarity with electrical systems and basic electronics is a plus. Seeking someone with experience in soldering and circuit board repair. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Willingness to learn new technologies and repair techniques.
