What You'll Do - The Role (Responsibilities)



Manage and grow major repair sales to meet or exceed revenue and margin goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects. Prepare accurate quotations and estimates, and ensure timely follow-up. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including quote success rates. Identify opportunities for new service contracts and support contract renewals. Provide responsive service and support to existing contract customers. Oversee project administration to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with subcontractors, internal departments, and vendors to support repair estimates and part sourcing. Manage work orders, purchase orders, and ensure timely communication with customers regarding project timelines and status. Input and maintain up-to-date information in business tracking tools. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Participate in departmental meetings to share insights and updates. Collaborate with Service, Parts, Sales, and Rentals teams to provide seamless support. Assist regional teams with overflow work and estimates as needed. Contribute ideas for process improvements and revenue growth. Foster a collaborative, customer-first culture. Estimate and manage complex non-warranty repairs, including engine overhauls, fuel and injection system work, radiator and alternator replacements, control system upgrades, enclosure and exhaust system modifications, gearbox repairs, and major refurbishments. Handle urgent unit-down situations and support minor repair overflow when required.
What You Need (Requirement)

3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry preferred. Mechanical or electrical aptitude; knowledge of combustion engines is an asset. Valid driver's license with a reliable personal vehicle. Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM or business tracking tools. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; committed to delivering extraordinary experiences. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners. Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Working Conditions

Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals. Lifting or moving up to 30lbs may be required. In the case of a power outage or declared State of Emergency by any level of Government, be available for work.
