Requirements
Club Curriculum:
Ability to learn and implement Mississauga United's curriculum effectively in all training sessions.
Demonstration of Skills:
Capable of leading and demonstrating required soccer techniques to players.
FIFA Laws:
Thorough understanding of FIFA rules and ability to referee internal scrimmages when needed.
Communication:
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to connect with players and parents.
Positive Attitude:
Maintain a positive, professional, and encouraging approach at all times.
Punctuality & Commitment:
Coaches must adhere to assigned training and game schedules and arrive on time for every session.
Qualifications
Ontario Soccer Coaching License:
Must hold a valid Ontario Soccer-recognized coaching certificate (Learn to Train, Soccer for Life, C License, or higher).
Coaching Experience:
Prior experience coaching competitive youth soccer teams is strongly preferred.
Curriculum Execution:
Ability to plan, organize, and deliver sessions aligned with Mississauga United's technical framework.
Soccer Background:
Strong playing experience and deep understanding of tactical and technical aspects of the game.
Passion for Development:
Dedicated to helping youth players reach their full potential through mentorship and structured development.
