Job Description

Habibi Film Rentals is seeking applicants for the opening of Rentals Manager. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with rental house and/or on-set experience in the film and television industry with a customer service and technical background.



The Rentals Manager will book, manage, maintain and test gear, and provide a high level of customer service to our clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Quoting clients and building rental orders Communicating with clients to understand and meet their needs Preparing and staging gear for rentals Receiving and quality checking gear at return Inventory & database management Social media postings and engagement Pickup / Delivery driving for subrented gear and purchases as required

Skills Required



Technical knowledge of film and television equipment (Cameras, Lenses, Lighting, Grip & Audio) Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organizational skills Social media fluency Strong computer competency Knowledge of on-set working procedures and practices Driver's License Access to Vehicle for driving purposes (mileage & operating cost compensated)

Preferred Experience



An ideal candidate would have experience in one or more of the following areas:

On-set Film and Television production Rental Houses (including post-secondary rental houses) Customer Service
