Are you a licensed real estate professional looking to thrive in the rental market? We offer an unparalleled mentorship program designed to help both new and experienced agents build and grow their client base while excelling in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in finding residential and commercial rental properties. Provide expert advice on rental agreements, pricing strategy, and the rental process. Build and maintain a database of potential clients through lead generation activities. Conduct property showings, communicate with landlords, and negotiate lease terms on behalf of clients. Stay up to date with market trends, property laws, and regulations. Manage multiple clients and properties with excellent Five Star service. Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners to ensure a smooth rental experience.


Qualifications:

Must be licensed with the

Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)

and a member of the

Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB)

in good standing. Open to recent graduates who have completed

Humber College's Real Estate Salesperson Program

and are working toward full licensing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent time management and organization skills. Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and helping clients.
