We are currently seeking a talented Rental Counter Associate who is looking to build a successful career in our fast growing company. This position is considered the Company\xe2\x80\x99s front line of contact with the customer. The role and responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls and walk-in customer inquiries for all rental products.
• Check in/out rental items.
• Create electronic quotes, purchase orders, contracts, and sales invoices.
• Fulfill incoming customer purchase orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate, explain and troubleshoot proper equipment use.
• Work indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
• Other incidental or similar duties which may be required from day to day.

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

• Previous equipment rental industry or other related experience would be an asset (see below).
• Self-motivation "people person".
• A drive to succeed and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract.
• Excellent organizational, computer, communications and mechanical skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn.
