Position Summary



The Rental Coordinator is responsible for managing and promoting the church's rental facilities, ensuring a welcoming experience for all renters and visitors. Working closely with church staff and event teams, the Coordinator will oversee the rental process from initial inquiry to event completion, ensuring compliance with church policies, rental agreements, and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to rental inquiries received via email, phone, and social media. Coordinate all facility rentals and serve as the main point of contact for event staff, renters, and vendors. Schedule and conduct tours of church facilities for prospective renters. Prepare and manage rental contracts, ensuring all required documentation and insurance certificates are in place. Maintain an organized calendar of bookings and communicate scheduling details with church staff. Market and promote the church's rental spaces through online platforms, community outreach, and printed materials. Develop and maintain a dedicated section of the church's website to showcase rental spaces and facilitate inquiries. Support the development of rental policies and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent operations. Represent the church in a friendly and professional manner, supporting its mission and values.

Qualifications



Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) Bilingual (French / English) (both written and verbal) Experience in event coordination, property rentals, or customer service preferred. Basic knowledge of marketing and social media promotion. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Professionalism and tact when interacting with diverse community members and organizations. Understanding and respect for the Anglican Church's mission and community values.

Working Conditions



Part-time position (approximately 15 hours per week), with flexible scheduling that may include occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate events or showings. Work will take place on-site at the church, with some remote administrative work possible
