Rental Advisor

Battlefield Equipment Rentals (a division of Toromont Industries Ltd.) one of Canada's premiere Construction Rental Companies presently requires a Rental Advisor at our Antigonish location.



Our Antigonish location is a fast-paced and team-oriented facility that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Our Rental Advisor positions are our direct link between our staff and our on-site customers, and are a key requirement in maintaining and developing successful relationships with these customers. Key Responsibilities:

Meets with and advise the major account customer about equipment rentals. Writes up and closes rental contracts using software application. Ensures that rental terms and conditions are respected. Explains to customers how products work. Opens work orders on return of equipment. Prepares pick-up ticket. Follows up on open contracts. Closes and balances cash register. Dispatch with internal and external transport companies

Key Qualifications:

High School diploma and/or DEP in Sales, an asset, combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in customer services Knowledge of industrial and construction equipment Knowledge of computer software Experience in tools rental, an asset Good mechanical understanding Ability to multi task

Wage:

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour
