Job Overview:

We are seeking a

highly skilled individual

with experience in all aspects of the renovation process who thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge in both

residential and commercial

renovation, and is confident with a wide range of construction tasks from framing to finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare construction sites daily and clean up at end of day Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively Execute a range of tasks including:

Framing, drywall, taping, painting

Trim work (baseboards, casings), doors/windows installation

Cabinetry, tile, and hard surface flooring installation

Basic plumbing (toilet installs, reconnections)

Basic electrical work

Exterior work and insulation

Assist in all phases of construction projects Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work site Lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a variety of environments Work in outdoor, confined, or high places, and during inclement weather Load/unload materials and move tools as required Work independently and follow directions accurately Punctuality is mandatory Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

3 years

of hands-on construction/renovation experience Strong working knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols Ontario Building Code (OBC) knowledge is an asset Comfortable with power tools and able to work unsupervised Ability to read and interpret instructions and follow direction closely Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Effective communication in English (spoken and written) Valid

driver's license

and reliable transportation Willingness to travel to different job sites High school diploma or equivalent Positive attitude and strong team player
Pay Benefit: 45k-60k per year
