Blueprint Your Success: Renovator/Maintenance Opening!

Here's the lowdown on the Renovator/Maintenance at Blue Planet Properties:

Who they're looking for:

A skilled Renovator/Maintenance who can handle residential renos from start to finish.

Experience needed:

At least 5 years in a similar role, because the work is pretty varied.

What you'll be doing (the fun stuff):

Carpentry & Finishing:

Think finishing carpentry, cabinets, framing, doors, and flooring

Drywall & Painting:

Getting those walls smooth, sheetrock work, and making everything look great with a fresh coat of paint.

Light Electrical & Plumbing:

Ability to troubleshoot problems and light repairs. Fernco, PEX

Concrete, Stucco & Tiling:

If you're good with stucco and concrete, that's a huge bonus! Tiling skills are a must.

General stuff you'll handle:

Using power tools safely. Getting materials and figuring out basic costs. Keeping a small team on track and communicating well.

What you need to bring to the table:

Solid reno/carpentry experience, especially with the detailed finishing work. Know-how in basic electrical and plumbing. Your own car or truck for getting to job sites in Bracebridge and Gravenhurst.

Great at talking with your team. A go-getter who can solve problems on their own. Reliable, motivated, and pays attention to the small things Works well alone and with others. Can size up a job and stand by your work. Open to learning and growing. Willing to dig in and find the best solutions.
