Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. The Renovator will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation tasks to enhance and improve properties. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using hand tools, cabinet installation, drywall repair, carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, windows and doors to name a few. This is a year round position.

Duties:
- Execute renovation projects according to specifications
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various renovation tasks
- Install cabinets and perform cabinet repairs as needed
- Door and window installation
- Repair and replace drywall as necessary
- Perform carpentry work including framing and finishing
- Install various types of flooring with precision
- Lay tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately

Skills:
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools for renovation tasks
- Experience in cabinet installation and restoration
- Knowledge of drywall repair techniques
- Carpentry skills for framing and finishing work
- Expertise in flooring installation methods
- Ability to lay tiles accurately in different spaces
- Competency in reading and understanding schematics and blueprints

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
