```Duties:```
- Perform various renovation tasks to restore and improve properties
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute renovation projects
- Use carpentry skills to build, repair, and install structures and fixtures
- Read schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements
- Operate heavy equipment for demolition, excavation, and construction purposes
- Utilize hand tools to complete renovation tasks effectively

```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a renovator or similar role
- Proficient in carpentry and other renovation skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for construction purposes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during renovations

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

Construction: 1 year (preferred) Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)
