We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction/Renovation worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various facilities and equipment to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and independently, contributing to the smooth operation of our property or business.

Responsibilities

Perform routine renovation/construction work on apartment units Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or improvements Install, assemble, and replace hardware, appliances, and fixtures as needed Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks with professionalism and safety awareness Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after projects Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency repair needs Collaborate with team members or contractors for specialized repairs or projects Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used

Skills

Proven experience in renovations/construction of apartment units Strong knowledge of Construction/renovation, carpentry, and general trade work Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement practical solutions Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members or clients Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with safety protocols, basic painting skills, and experience operating hand tools and power equipment
