We are looking to add a highly organized, people-focused Renovation Project Coordinator to add to our dynamic renovation team. We are proud to be a value-led business. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring projects run smoothly, technicians are well-prepared, materials are on-hand, and customers are kept informed and happy. What Are You Responsible For?



Coordinating all aspects of residential renovation projects from job setup to closeout.

Communicating clearly and regularly with customers, ensuring a 5-star experience.

Organizing product sourcing, price comparisons, and ordering for multiple jobs.

Managing subcontractor and technician schedules.

Following up daily with technicians and updating job progress in the system.

Monitoring material delivery timelines and adjusting schedules accordingly.

Entering technician timesheets accurately based on agreements.

Preparing project files, schedules, dispatch boards, and job folders.

Assisting with monthly WIP (Work in Progress) reports in collaboration with the Production Leader.

Creating and reviewing final invoices, ensuring all change orders and add-ons are included.

Coordinating customer walkthroughs and ensuring any warranty items or deficiencies are resolved promptly.

Supporting other coordinators and being a reliable team player during busy periods.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in residential renovation or construction project coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness; Service Titan experience is an asset.

Organized, detail-oriented, and highly responsive.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

High level of professionalism when dealing with clients, trades, and teammates.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
