Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Renovator/Carpenter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across all stages of residential renovation projects--from framing and carpentry to finishing work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform carpentry and general renovation tasks (framing, drywall, flooring, trim, cabinetry, etc.) Read and interpret project drawings and scopes of work Work collaboratively with team members and subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate effectively with the team and clients when needed

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in residential renovations/carpentry Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and building practices Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (work is across Ottawa) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Own basic tool set Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
