About Us:

Build and Brush is a growing renovation company based in Victoria, BC. We specialize in basement renovations, home additions, flooring installation, and building decks and fences. Our goal is to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on renovation work on residential properties including: Basement finishing and remodeling Home additions. Installing hardwood, vinyl, and laminate flooring Building and repairing decks and fences Demolition and site preparation Framing, and basic carpentry Install doors, trim, baseboards, and hardware Operate power tools and maintain equipment safely Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work independently or with a team to meet project deadlines Communicate clearly with the project manager and clients as required
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in residential renovations. Strong knowledge of general construction practices Ability to read and follow construction plans/drawings Reliable vehicle and basic set of tools Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and professionalism on-site
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
