Huawei's Research Center is focused on advanced technology research, architecture design and strategic technical planning. Our Rendering Lab is dedicated to real time rendering for mobile devices. Our mission is to provide the world with the best possible visual mobile quality. We are gathering passionate and dedicated individuals for developing new exciting technologies.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for research engineers to work on graphics technologies for devices.
• Working closely with internal R&D divisions, implement real-time rendering systems.
• Develop rendering techniques including shaders and content pipeline.
• Profile and optimize GPU / CPU performance.

Qualifications

• Solid programming skills with C/C++.
• Experience with one of the following APIs: Vulkan, OpenGL ES, DirectX.
• Hands-on experience in development of real-time rendering and features.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Master or Ph.D in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field.

What would be nice to have:

• Proficiency in Linux environments
• Knowledge of real-time ray tracing, global illumination
