Smartworks is seeking an Support Team Lead. As Team Lead of Support Services, this professional will lead the client support team and ensure customer concerns and timelines are properly managed. A successful Team Lead of Support Services will thrive in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly.
This is a full-time temporary position, expected to run until April 2026. There is potential for extension beyond this date, but it is not guaranteed.
