What your impact will be:

  • Managing Salesforce administration, reporting, and marketing functions.
  • Creating and executing marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Active Campaign.
  • Curating and maintaining marketing materials and Battlecards.
  • Utilizing Email Hunter tool for lead generation.
  • Coordinating product launch efforts and other customer service initiatives.
  • Overseeing social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Planning, executing, and post-conference activities.
  • Assisting in organizing product meetings and conferences.
  • Analyzing marketing and competitive insights to refine strategies.
  • Managing SharePoint and process document control.
  • Designing and implementing marketing drip campaigns.
  • Developing and curating sales/marketing content.
  • Handling conference shipping details across the USA and Canada.
  • Coordinating conference swag and materials.
  • Maintaining and updating company website.
  • Collaborating with vendors for marketing materials and goodies.
  • Drafting and distributing press releases.
  • Streamlining marketing processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Providing editing and proofreading for RFP responses.
What we are looking for:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, reporting, and marketing.
  • Experience with Active Campaign, Email Hunter tool, and CSR7.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Knowledge of conference planning and execution.
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint and process documentation.
  • Previous involvement in marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Exceptional command of the English language is a prerequisite for this position.
