• 10 years\' experience in a project management role with duties including developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the projects that total at least 10 years.
• 5 years\' experience as a project manager working in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least one example should include experience implementing clinical information systems.
• 5 years\' experience implementing large transformational projects including organizational and service redesign projects. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.
• 2 years\' experience in a leadership role managing and supporting portfolios containing multiple and simultaneous large scale strategic clinical initiatives. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years.
• 3 years\' experience performing gap analysis and providing guidance on healthcare related processes to ensure that they meet provincial or state regulatory requirements and policies. • 1 year of experience in a project setting implementing a provincial or state-wide electronic referral solution in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis of service delivery activities, facilitation with key stakeholders, and assisting the business through change and transformation.
