What You'll Do as an Outbound Sales Associate

You'll help customers get the most value from their products and services by:


Making outbound calls to past and existing customers Offering add-ons and service upgrades that match customer needs Staying up to date on Internet, Home Phone, TV, and Programming packages Building quick, authentic rapport--and handling objections like a pro Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in every interaction Achieving and exceeding key performance targets

Call center experience--especially in outbound sales

6+ months of sales experience

Comfort working with scripts and structured sales flows Strong people skills with the ability to build trust fast A competitive drive and desire to exceed bonus goals Solid computer skills and the ability to multitask The ability to connect your equipment
