As a Marketing & Content Specialist, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to collaborate on innovative marketing campaigns. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US.

What your impact will be:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategy and content
  • Follow branding guides to write and design high-quality marketing materials
  • Create and maintain up-to-date graphics and content for DynaTouch websites and social media
  • Develop lead nurturing campaigns and workflows using our marketing CRM (Zoho)
  • Analyze, measure and report on initiatives using Google Analytics and Zoho
  • Plan and execute DynaTouch participation in tradeshows and conferences
  • Work with third-party vendors to purchase printed signage and promotional items
  • Coordinate with Sales to develop and maintain prospect lists
  • Create digital mockups of menu screens, vinyl signage, and other materials
  • Use HTML/CSS templates to create menus from approved mockups
What we are looking for:
  • Completed university degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
  • Experience creating engaging marketing campaigns ranging from awareness to sales
  • Experience with a CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, SalesForce
  • Ability to prepare and submit KPI data for reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite: including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with WordPress
What would make you stand out:
  • High degree of proficiency with a variety of Adobe Suite products
  • Marketing experience in a similar industry (self-service kiosks, government sales, long sales-cycle markets)
  • Experience with PPC advertising
  • Experience with media outreach
