Respond to client inquiries (email, phone, messaging).
Resolve client issues in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
2) Administrative operations
Manage contracts and internal documentation.
Support scheduling and coordination between clients and teachers.
Answer calls and ensure clear communication flow.
3) Content & communication support (support role)
Assist in creating social media content.
Help maintain a consistent brand image across platforms.
4) Collaboration
Work closely with the Operations Manager and teaching team.
Contribute to process improvements and enhanced client experience.
ProfileLanguages:
English (B2 minimum); basic French is an asset.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Problem-solving mindset; professional handling of client requests.
Comfortable with administrative tasks and digital tools (Google Calendar, CRM, Trello, etc.).
Personality:
Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented.
Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Eager to learn and grow in a multicultural environment.
Independent contractor. The contractor is not an employee of FLS (no employee benefits, payroll, or withholdings).
Autonomy:
The contractor determines how to perform the services, while being available during agreed time slots to ensure continuity.
Tools & expenses:
Contractor uses their own equipment and internet connection.
Billing & taxes:
Contractor issues a monthly invoice (hourly rate agreed). Contractor is fully responsible for their own tax and social obligations (Canada/Ontario and/or country of residence).
Non-exclusivity:
Contractor may work with other clients, provided there is no conflict of interest and confidentiality is respected.
Confidentiality & IP:
NDA applies; professional deliverables are assigned/licensed to FLS.
Termination & evaluation:
Initial 3-month evaluation period. Either party may terminate the contract with reasonable notice (e.g. 14 days), except in cases of serious breach.
Compliance:
The agreement is subject to Ontario and Canadian law, and applicable international obligations. The classification as an independent contractor depends on the actual working relationship (autonomy, control, risk).
