Are you looking for a flexible, work from home opportunity? Our Contact Centre is hiring remote Contact Centre Insurance Representatives!
Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers' needs in a high volume contact center. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.
Here is what a typical day looks like
Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers' needs
Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities
The value you bring
Level 2 General Insurance License required, or a Level 1 with the ability to acquire Level 2 within 90 days of hire
2-3 years in a sales or customer service role with demonstrated passion for exemplary customer service
Professional experience building rapport with customers on the phone and over email
Location: Remote in Alberta, Canada
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours/week Mon-Friday 7am-7pm PST
Saturdays 9am-5pm PST
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
