Remote Insurance Account ManagerRegardless of their individual specialties, each team member has one thing in common: a personal responsibility for getting you the answers, support or services you need, when you need them. Were looking for an Insurance Account Manager who will leverage their industry knowledge and expertise to provide front-line counselling to our clients about their personal insurance coverage.What Youll Do

• Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service to clients
• Issue policies and changes on online portal
• Contribute to premium growth by upselling appropriate coverages and referring business to other lines where applicable
• Use proven outreach strategies to connect with potential clients through virtual platforms.
• Stay up to date with insurer partner products, offerings and market intelligence

• Take advantage of robust training programs to fast-track your success.

What You Bring

• LLQP Licence in good standing is an asset (or be willing to obtain)
• Proven experience working managing a high volume of clients
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment is an asset
• Excellent computer skills expected
• Ability to drive strong customer retention by providing a world class customer experience
• Exceptional quotation skills for cross-selling, upselling and remarketing
• Ability to quickly learn the Globe Life AO National business model and value proposition
• Ability to work collaboratively with others virtually
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced & demanding environment while keeping customer service a priority
• Ability to communicate clearly and explain complex concepts in English
