Job Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong English communication skills and a solid technical foundation to join our remote team. This role is ideal for candidates based in Canada who are comfortable working in a meeting-driven environment and collaborating across time zones, primarily during Central Time (CT) hours.

Unlike traditional development roles, this position emphasizes client communication, team collaboration, and participation in technical discussions. While deep coding experience is not required, a working knowledge of at least one programming language is essential to contribute meaningfully to conversations and project planning.

Responsibilities

- Participate in team meetings, client calls, and technical discussions with clarity and confidence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and delivery of web applications.

- Contribute to planning, reviewing, and refining technical requirements and implementation strategies.

- Assist with basic development tasks using languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.

- Support integration of APIs and services, and help troubleshoot issues as needed.

- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to process improvements.

- Embrace continuous learning and stay updated on emerging technologies and communication tools.

Skills

- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).

- Familiarity with web development concepts and software development best practices.

- Confidence in remote collaboration, including video calls and asynchronous communication.

- Experience with tools like GitHub, Zoom, or Slack is a plus.

- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
