Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain telephony systems including PBX, VOIP, and SIP
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, low-voltage cabling, and network components
Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs with precision and efficiency
Ensure accurate documentation and system handoff
Required Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of telephony products and equipment
, including
Private Branch eXchange (PBX) systems
Strong electrical and low-voltage cabling expertise
Strong mechanical knowledge
with effective operation of
various hand tools
Solid understanding of
networking concepts
(LAN/WAN, DHCP)
Familiarity with VOIP and SIP
(strongly preferred)
Valid G Driver's Licence
and
reliable personal vehicle
High
organization
and
detail orientation
Proven
troubleshooting ability
