Remote Customer Support Specialist

What You'll Do
Provide high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is shared and addressed
Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Contribute to creating knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist customers independently
Continuously improve product knowledge and customer support skills
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer support or service (entry to intermediate level)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and offer solutions
Comfortable with various customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Flexibility to adapt to new tools, processes, and product updates
Previous remote work experience is a plus but not required
