As a customer service associate for Go Auto, you\xe2\x80\x99ll act as the central hub for everything that we do. If a customer needs help finding the right vehicle, you roll out the (metaphorical) red carpet and help them find it. If they\xe2\x80\x99re not sure if they can get the financing they need to buy a vehicle, you\xe2\x80\x99ll hold their hand (again, metaphorically) and put them in touch with the people who can make their dream a reality.

We have over 60 auto dealerships across Alberta, BC, Ontario, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories and now Washington! Your job is to help give their customers the best experience possible, through emails, online chats, phone calls, and text messages.

• Answering customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, social media, etc.)
• Adapting to new computer programs and software updates
• Being dependable and working hard AF (albeit in a pretty chill environment)
• Being self-motivated, while working as part of a small team
• Working mainly from home, occasional trips to the office
• Multi-tasking, problem solving, coming up with customer solutions
• Being adaptable in a business that\xe2\x80\x99s always evolving
• This is a remote role with some onsite work - this will require you to live in the Edmonton area
