As a customer service associate for Go Auto, youll act as the central hub for everything that we do. If a customer needs help finding the right vehicle, you roll out the (metaphorical) red carpet and help them find it. If theyre not sure if they can get the financing they need to buy a vehicle, youll hold their hand (again, metaphorically) and put them in touch with the people who can make their dream a reality.

We have over 60 auto dealerships across Alberta, BC, Ontario, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories and now Washington! Your job is to help give their customers the best experience possible, through emails, online chats, phone calls, and text messages.

• This is a remote role with some onsite work - this will require you to live in the Edmonton area
