Golden, BC (Head Office) o Remote Western & Northern Canada o Full-Time
Why Spur Builds in the Places Others Don't
Remote communities deserve the same quality of infrastructure as any big city -- often more. At Spur, we build where roads end, where barges land, where helicopters touch down, and where infrastructure truly changes lives. From coastal First Nations villages to fly-in northern towns, our work supports community safety, health, culture, and long-term resilience.
Carpenters are the hands that turn designs into reality. And a Remote Carpenter Lead is the one who sets the tone -- the craftsperson who brings quality, pride, leadership, and grit to the work. This role is about building meaningful structures, solving complex on-site challenges, leading a small crew, and delivering work that stands the test of time and the northern climate.
If you take pride in doing it right the first time -- no shortcuts, no excuses -- and you thrive in rugged, remote environments, you'll fit right in at Spur.
