Role: Outbound/Inbound Customer Service Representative
These are fully remote roles. Must live in the GTA
Pay: $18 per hour
Type: Temp
The duration of the assignment is approximately 6 months to 1 year
Hours:
3 days a week - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
2 days a week - 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Requirements for agents:
Must have access to a quiet environment with a desk that can fit two large monitors
Previous call centre / customer service experience and telemarketing experience would be an asset
Previous experience in a non-profit or aid organization would be an asset
Excellent communication skills in English
Superior interpersonal skills are essential
Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people
Ability to multi-task
Team Player
Data entry skills
Strong computer skills
