SALARY: $27.08
START: This role is officially starting in January 2026
SHIFT: Must have full availability to work between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday

POSITION DETAILS:
- Answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries and providing information.
- Providing superior customer service to the citizens of British Columbia.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
- A minimum of 6 months of call centre experience.
- Must have high speed ethernet internet connection that match company standards.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Knowledge of MS Windows and various other computer systems.
