Manpower is looking for call center team lead to work remotely, you can be any city New Brunswick, NFLD and PEI Canada. Are you looking to work from home call center job? Don't wait, join us!
What's in it for you?

• $17.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
• Work from comfortable home (Atlantic Canada)
• Operational hour: Monday to Sunday 9am to 11pm CST
• Paid weekly, every Friday
• 35 - 37 hours a week
• Must be available in evenings and weekends
• Temporary about two month till project end.

What's the job

• Make outbound calls to potential voters, supporters, and donors.
• Provide information about the policies, initiatives, and events.
• Answer questions and address concerns from the public.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED.
• Two years prior call center experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends and holidays).
• Ability to interpret complex KPIs and relate them to qualitative findings
• Experience with contact center software
• Requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help.
• Legally to work in Canada without restriction
• Able to complete backcheck

• Headset - (Can not be wireless)
• Personal computer or laptop. (We Do Not Support Mac Computers)
• Windows 10
• 8.00 GB of RAM
• 64-bit operating system
