Job Description

We are currently seeking Appointment Setters to work remotely. In this role you will be taking inbound calls to book appointments as well as reviewing applications to confirm completeness status. This position is right for you if you possess excellent customer service skills with a helpful, friendly and diplomatic manner in person and on the telephone.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

• 2-3 years customer service experience
• Call center experience an asset
• 6 months + experience in a data entry role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
• Experience in Microsoft tools, such as MS TEAMS and Office 365
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to diffuse conflict and emotional situations
• Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality, and anticipate needs, thinking logically and creatively, exercising good judgement and acting independently
• Strong ability to prioritize, adjust to changing priorities and successfully complete numerous short and long term tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work from home in a quiet space, free from distraction
• Must have open availability to work between M-F 11:30am-7:30pm EST
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual French/English is an asset

Important details:

• Must be double vaccinated from Covid 19 and willing to provide proof of vaccination upon request
• Connection MUST be hardwired to the router/modem with an ethernet cable; No WIFI
• Internet Connection: 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload minimum
• USB Headset with microphone and Webcam for training
• Smartphone
• Equipment will be picked up from Toronto location at on designated day prior to training start. Must be able to carry and transport desktop PC.
