We focus on client adoption of disruptive technologies, technology architecture and providing specialized skills related to integration, custom software engineering, testing, application modernization, agile and more. Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive system development activities within Mainframe application software, including analysis, estimation, design, coding, testing, and implementation of IT solutions. Manage legacy institution conversions using the Remittance Certification process to facilitate accurate and efficient data migration. Collaborate closely with clients and business stakeholders to implement streamlined Remittance conversion processes aligned with organizational objectives. Execute unit testing for institutional conversions, ensuring alignment with defined timelines, requirements, and quality standards. Partner with client teams to deliver vesting services tailored to institution-specific service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring seamless onboarding and integration. Gather and interpret business requirements to configure control files and perform precise calculations of vesting percentages. Conduct rigorous unit testing and validation of vesting data files to ensure data integrity and system accuracy prior to deployment.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Mainframe operating environment including programming languages (COBOL), and major IBM subsystems and technologies including (CICS, VSAM, JCL, DB2/zOS and others). Minimum 10 years of experience with Mainframe batch processing and file processing experience. Minimum 10 years of experience with distributed systems, languages and relational databases (Java, Linux, Oracle, SQL)

Preferred Qualifications:

Retirement industry experience including remittance, contributions and other services like eligibility, vesting, hardship, etc. Operating familiarity with FIS' Omni Defined Contributions (OmniDC) licensed software and processing environment * Experience working with business operations and
