Managing Broker
Job Description
We are looking for a managing broker to help manage 250 agents. This job could be either for an experienced manager or someone wanting to learn. We have 3 locations
East Vancouver Kingsway, Ladner and Gibsons.
This job can either be an office job or work from home job. We want the right fit for us and you
The primary role will be helping agents with questions they have 7 days a week
Depending on your skill set your additional tasks could be
Training new agents
Training experienced agents
Helping with technology in the office
Recruiting interviews
Prospecting recruits
Orientation for new agents
Primarily residential real estate
Job would NOT involve contract review of accepted offers or signing listing contracts, price changes etc
You would still be able to sell
This job can be part time or full time
The managing broker's job was previously done by the owner, but he is going to do less managing and concentrate on strategic growth for the company and open more offices, so he will need help with the managing broker role
