• Plan and deliver all MAC activities within an assigned portfolio
• Process large furniture reconfigurations, large AV and large\\project move requests
• Ensure data accuracy within move management and OP systems
• Provide updated floor plans to OP to maintain occupancy information
• Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
• Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
• Coordinate and participate in planning meetings with the client, Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholders, Facility manager, Project Manager and Construction Manager; as required
• Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
• Prepare various RFP\xe2\x80\x99s & level for vendor and contractor services for the complete project.
• Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
• Incorporation of \xe2\x80\x9cbest practices\xe2\x80\x9d into all projects
• Ensure MAC processes are managed in accordance with the client\xe2\x80\x99s and Jones Lang LaSalle\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures
• Manage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.)
• Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performance
• Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete
• Directly responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing client relationships and by developing new relationships.
• Functions as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service. Able to communicate all available products and service offerings of the Firm.
• Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practice

• 2-3 years of Similar/Relevant experience
• Post secondary education
• Strong organizational skills
