Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide vital relief coverage across our network of pharmacies. In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of patient care, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications while maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacies during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide patient counseling. Verify medication safety, interactions, and dosage. Manage inventory and oversee pharmacy workflows. Administer vaccinations (if certified) and provide health consultations. Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers. Adhere to provincial regulations and company policies. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.

Requirements:

Valid pharmacist license in Ontario. 1+ years of pharmacy experience (retail/community preferred).

Experience with Healthwatch is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to different pharmacy environments. Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
