We are seeking a dedicated Relief Pharmacist to provide coverage at our community pharmacy in Gravenhurst for scheduled dates in November. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional committed to delivering exceptional patient care in the heart of Muskoka.

As a trusted healthcare provider, our pharmacy is dedicated to outstanding service and community health. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional capable of ensuring seamless continuity of our high-standard services, which includes support for a modest methadone program.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide comprehensive patient counseling, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes. Manage and dispense for a small, established methadone patient population with compassion and professionalism. Conduct medication reviews and offer proactive pharmaceutical care. Administer vaccinations and injections as per scope of practice. Utilize the

pharmacy software system for all dispensing and clinical documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships. Collaborate effectively with our on-site team of pharmacy assistants to maintain efficient operations. Ensure full compliance with all standards set by the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Part A Pharmacist license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). Injection certification is required. Experience with methadone maintenance treatment is essential. Proven proficiency with
