We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Relief Pharmacist to join our team at a community pharmacy in Gravenhurst for specific dates in November. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who values a collaborative team environment and is dedicated to providing meaningful patient care in a beautiful Muskoka setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide comprehensive patient counseling, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes. Manage and dispense for a small, established methadone patient population with compassion and professionalism. Conduct medication reviews and offer proactive pharmaceutical care. Administer vaccinations and injections as per scope of practice. Utilize the

pharmacy software system for all dispensing and clinical documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships. Collaborate effectively with our on-site team of pharmacy assistants to maintain efficient operations. Ensure full compliance with all standards set by the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Part A Pharmacist license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). Injection certification is required. Experience with methadone maintenance treatment is essential. Proven proficiency with

pharmacy software is a strong asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a supportive team structure. A strong commitment to patient care and community health.
