We are seeking a qualified and reliable Relief Pharmacist to provide professional coverage at our community pharmacy in Brighton, ON. This role is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who excels in a supportive team environment and values an efficient, well-organized workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide comprehensive patient counseling. Conduct medication reviews and offer proactive pharmaceutical care. Supervise and collaborate with our team of on-site pharmacy assistants. Utilize the

Fillware

pharmacy management system for all dispensing and clinical tasks. Provide vaccinations and other enhanced services as per scope of practice. Ensure full compliance with all standards set by the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Part A Pharmacist license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) in good standing. Injection certification is required. Proficiency with the

Fillware

pharmacy software system is a strong asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A strong commitment to patient-centered care.
